Up to 24 guests is a fixed $1,690; 25–36 is a fixed $2,190. Smaller parties still have the $1,690 minimum — it isn’t a per-head price.

What’s included?

Pine dining tables (up to 8 per table), bentwood chairs, two ribbed cocktail tables or barrels, four loop stools, battery pleated table lamps, and for dinner fairy lights or festoon lighting (you choose). Local delivery, setup and collection are included, and prices include GST. Tableware is an optional upgrade; food, drink, cutlery, florals and staff aren’t included.

Why a $1,690 minimum?

It’s a fixed package price for up to 24 guests, not a per-head rate — a table for 10 is still $1,690. 25–36 guests is a fixed $2,190.

Where do you deliver?

Included delivery covers addresses up to 25km from Bright town centre. Further out? Enquire anyway — extra delivery is quoted before you confirm.

Which dates?

Choose a preferred setup day from 21–24 December and collection from 26–28 December; we’ll confirm delivery windows. Christmas Eve is limited.

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit to book, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.

What do you need on site?

Access to power for the lighting. Marquees are secured with 1m ground pegs and need clear, suitable ground.
